Our Aims
The Ten-Percent Foundation is a charitable trust, dedicated to assisting a range
of charitable projects across the UK and overseas.
The Foundation is committed to encouraging as many people as possible to donate
a percentage of their income to charitable causes across the UK and overseas. We
assist specific projects in the UK and Africa. Ten per cent of your income after
tax would assist greatly in the fight against poverty, starvation and all the
other ills in the world.

Governing Document DECLARATION OF TRUST DATED 25 OCTOBER 2002 AS AMENDED BY
SUPPLEMENTAL DEED DATED 9 JANUARY 2003.
Objects THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO
APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS"): A. THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN
NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS B. TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND
IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT AND C. FOR SUCH OTHER
CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
