Our approach is always practical and honest and the recommendations are always achievable. Due to our location the 'consulting' will mostly happen remotely - via email, telephone or video conference. This means we take up less of your time and offer a cost-efficient service as you don't pay for our travel.

Here are just some of the areas in which we could help:

Customer Service:

We can tailor a package to address any issues you are facing. We can offer practical advice about your customer care and will complete independent assessments of the service you are currently offering. Reviews we offer include:

- Review of your letters and brochures; giving direct recommendations on how you can improve. What kind of picture are you painting for your customers?

- A full website appraisal and how you could change it to attract even more clients.

- Mystery shopper exercises to give you a full assessment of how your current service meets a customer’s need. We can arrange for someone to ‘experience’ your service and will give feedback and practical suggestions for improvement.

For example, we can look at all or just some of the following:

How do your staff interact with clients – does your receptionist answer the phone as if they are working in a busy café and has no time to speak? Do staff come across as helpful, or just plain awkward? What is the atmosphere in the office? How do staff interact with each other in front of clients? How do colleagues behave with clients – are they polite, do they portray your firm in a good light, or just scare them away? Do they cross sell when given the chance?

Marketing:

If you are having issues with promoting your Firm, we can help to give you direction with a fresh pair of eyes. Services include:

- A review of your e-commerce strategies, leading to a full report so you can work to improve things. We will look at your current spend, the literature you produce and why, what your competitors are doing and where they look for clients. We will look closely at your current spend and assess the affect of your marketing in what is a very tight and competitive market.

Improving Performance:

Are things taking too long? Are there areas of your work that need expert change management facilitation?

- We can complete a full process review, in which we will identify how things currently work and offer a full action plan with recommendations that will lead to a more efficient process. The ultimate aim being to reduce your costs.

- If you have individuals with Time-Management issues, we can complete a review of their working style and workload and offer a coaching service with an action plan to improve performance.
