Ten-Percent Legal Careers Services have been operating since April 2000. For over 10 years we have been helping lawyers, law students and graduates around the world with their legal careers. We provide quality, individually tailored advice to all our clients.

Jonathan Fagan, Managing Director of Ten-Percent Legal Recruitment, solicitor, career coach and recruitment consultant, personally prepares and reviews all CVs, undertakes career coaching with clients and assists directly at all levels. No work is ever outsourced and you can be assured of individual and personal attention at all times. Jonathan has been recruiting lawyers at all levels for over 10 years and has been involved in the legal profession for much longer. He is personally retained by a number of solicitors firms in the UK and regularly lectures at post-graduate level to LPC students on careers.

The Legal Careers Shop is part of Ten-Percent Legal Recruitment, a specialist UK company formed in 2000 by 3 lawyers and a doctor. We are a legal recruitment and legal careers consultancy, specialising in recruiting solicitors, fee earners and staff for private practice and in house law firms.

Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited has been advising lawyers on all aspects of their careers since that time through a specialist careers service, Ten-Percent Legal Careers. 

We decided to call ourselves Ten-Percent on the basis that we uniquely donate 10% of  our annual profits to charity, and since 2000 we have gone on to donate many £000's to a range of charitable causes via the Ten-Percent Foundation.

A significant proportion of our work comes from personal recommendations from candidates and clients whom we have already assisted.
