We presently have over 7,500 qualified candidates registered with us. Solicitors from 40 years PQE to newly qualified solicitors, accredited police station reps, legal executives (FILEX and ILEX), licensed conveyancers and barristers. We also have a large number of LPC and degree graduates via our work experience scheme, as well as experienced paralegals and non-qualified lawyers from different backgrounds. • We only charge 15% of the first years annual salary of your new member of staff, which is the lowest fee charged by legal recruitment consultants in the UK (to our knowledge). We are always happy to discuss payment plans over a set time, particularly at partnership or consultant level. We offer a rebate scheme if the candidate fails to complete a period of time with you.

How does our service work?

If you are looking for an employee, please check our candidate database and email us with your details & requirements. Alternatively, you can fill in the form here. We have candidates register with us all the time, and our databases can change daily. A consultant will email back within 24 hours (usually 10 minutes during the day) and request any further particulars required.

We will select any suitable candidates we have already available and send their details to you.

Once you have decided to interview a candidate, we will liaise with both the candidate and yourself to arrange suitable interviewing dates.

If the candidate is successful and you offer them employment, which they accept, we invoice you for 15% of their gross annual salary, plus VAT. There are cancellation provisions set out in our standard terms and conditions.

If the candidate is unsuccessful or does not take up your job offer, there is no cost to you.

Unlimited Legal Recruitment

We offer a service to all our clients which includes free legal recruitment in return for a longer term relationship managing your recruitment requirements.

For a one-off fee, you can access our Candidate Database, and request CVs for as many candidates as you like for your vacancies (there is a fair-usage policy on this). You can then contact the candidates directly (always anonymous) and recruit without the involvement of any recruitment agencies.

We offer an additional service offering low fixed fees and discounted advertising. If you would like to use us as exclusive consultants, with all advertising and sourcing arranged by us, this is the service for you! We agree a fixed fee with you prior to commencement of the service (usually about 30% off our standard rates), offer reduced cost advertising in the Gazette, provide full unlimited searches of our candidate databases and you only pay a fee if a candidate is placed with you. It is suitable for any law firm, local authority, charity or in house department looking for legal personnel.  The service works as follows:

The benefits of this service are as follows:

1. You save yourself time and effort interviewing candidates who are clearly no good, and not suitable for the position you have available. 

2. You pay a discounted fixed fee based on estimated earnings only if we successfully place a candidate, and this remains the same even if you decide to offer the candidate(s) a better package (this fee is agreed prior to your advertisement being placed). The fee can be spread over 6 months.

3. You avoid any difficulties arranging interviews or liaising with candidates, as we do all the  necessary communication for you, including sending out job application packs if necessary. 

4. We place the advertisements in the legal press for you at a discount or free of charge, and handle the administrative tasks.
