The company handle debt procedures for a range of property management companies. They seek a litigation solicitor with expertise in landlord & tenant litigation to join and manage their increasing caseload.
You will need to have a good range of experience in the county court and an excellent understanding of CPR. Charging orders are inevitably going to play an important part in this work.
