TP Locum Services are part of the Ten-Percent Legal Recruitment website group. Locum recruitment is dealt with differently to our full time recruitment service. You employ locums directly on short term contracts, whether self-employed or via your PAYE. At the end of each month you send us a copy of their invoice or pay slip, and we issue our bill for 15% of all monies paid to the candidate. We assist with locums for all areas of law in all areas of the UK.
We do not employ the candidate directly ourselves. All agreements for locum work must be arranged in advance in writing between yourselves and Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited, as well as the candidate before the assignment commences. There is an additional £50 administration charge for any assignments of less than 1 month.
