2. When you search our online candidate database and see a description of a candidate you like, we send you a CV (completely anonymous with personal details and recent firms removed).

3. If you want to contact that candidate, you click a link on the CV and send either an email, text message or letter to the candidate, inviting them to allow you access to their contact details or to contact you directly.

4. You interview, select and recruit candidates.
