A two hour consultation for each employee, including a practice interview, CV and Interview Books, CV Review or Preparation and a 14-20 page Report with feedback and advice. The service also includes 3 months support via email.

If you are considering making redundancies in your firm, and want to assist the departing employees to find work elsewhere or consider alternative careers, our career coaching service will assist. We offer a special package geared to law firms making redundancies that includes free 3 months telephone and email support, and will help with the smooth operation of any large or small restructuring.

Our consultant is Jonathan Fagan MREC, LLM Solicitor (non-practising), well known in the recruitment world for impartial and expert advice on legal careers and recruitment, as well for assisting lawyers consider alternative career paths and structures. The service consists of a 2 hour consultation covering the following:

• Copies of our books - Guide to Writing a Legal CV and the Complete Interview Guide.

• Career progression and assessment of your current situation.

• Advice regarding finance, salary levels and long term plans*

• Advice on local opportunities, information and contacts 

• A personal career plan and strategy for progressing a legal career or alternative options.  

• Advice on work/life balance.

• Advice on job searches and assistance in locating and obtaining work experience 

• A detailed report within 14 days covering all aspects of the consultation and advice. 

• Email and telephone support post-consultation for 3 months.

• Practice Interview (if relevant and required) together with assessment and feedback. 

• CV Review/Preparation Service.

The consultations last 2 hours. 

We will travel to your offices or alternatively a local venue to you.

Jonathan Fagan LLM MREC Cert RP is a qualified solicitor and Managing Director of Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited, the online solicitor recruitment consultants. He studied law at Leicester University and Frankfurt University before training with a practice in Leicester.
