A: You can see how your firm is paying according to the general levels our Salary Reviews indicate - you can use these figures as evidence for any annual reviews your firm undertakes. Your staff can use them to see whether you fall into the top tier of firms and you can gauge the level of recruitment you wish to undertake for a particular role. Q: How accurate are the figures? A: As accurate as possible - there will be plenty of variances to the figures given with some employees earning considerably more than the levels indicated and others a lot lower.
