A large firm with offices around the country is looking for an employment solicitor to work at their Cardiff office. The firm is happy to consider solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in employment law. The successful applicant will be managing a full caseload of employment advice and/or representation matters including unfair dismissal and compromise agreements, but will also include a proportion of complicated matters (e.g. discrimination/TUPE) under supervision. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be 37.5k-44.5k plus 4k car allowance, private health care, life assurance and 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays.
