A large law firm with offices across the country is looking for an employment lawyer to work at their Nottingham office. The role wil be to manage a full caseload of Employment advice and/or representation matters including unfair dismissal and compromise agreements, but will also include a proportion of complicated matters (e.g. discrimination/TUPE) under supervision. The role would therefore suit solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Employment work. Good knowledge of Employment Tribunal (ET) and Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT), rules on evidence, litigation process and funding is essential. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be 38k-46k per annum depending on experience. Full job spec available on request.
