A specialist personal injury solicitors firm based in Dorchester, Dorset have a vacancy for a legal secretary/administrator for a full time, permanent role. The firm are looking for an organised, proactive candidate to provide professional support to the fee earners.
Based mainly in the clinical negligence department, the role will involve: creating typed work of a high quality as well as documents from the firms templates, assisting with new client enquiries, diary management, coordinating conferences and arranging travel and other duties.
Prior secretarial experience necessary although applications from candidates with no prior legal experience welcomed as full legal training can be given. However any prior legal or personal injury experience would be a bonus.
Salary negotiable and dependent on experience.
