Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer in Tokyo

An extremely well regarded, international law firm is looking for a Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Transactional Lawyer to work at their Tokyo office.  Applicants should be a qualified solicitor with an absolute minimum of 2 years’ experience of working on M&A deals from start to closing, ideally in an established M&A practice.  Any Japanese language skills would be a real bonus but is by no means essential.

Applicants should also meet the following requirements:

  • Commonwealth Admitted and trained.
  • 2-8PQE.
  • Strong legal knowledge and skills.
  • Strong legal drafting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships successfully.
  • Solid organisational skills.
  • First language – English.
